Founded in 1913, the NFFF is the specialist trade organisation representing and supporting the UK's 10,500 or so fish and chip businesses, committed to maintaining the "fish and chip" brand.
The NFFF Fish and Chip Quality Award scheme sets the industry quality benchmark standard, and our Training School is run by industry professionals and competition winners.
Fish and chips have been around for 150 years. The NFFF, which works with the Prince's Trust's International Sustainability Unit and the government, aims to keep fish and chips on the menu for many more years.
