The National Federation of Fish Friers works to protect and promote the interests of the fish and chip businesses throughout the United Kingdom and the rest of the world.
The NFFF is dedicated to raising standards within the industry through offering training at our training academy based near Leeds, qualifications and the NFFF Quality Award - a scheme rewarding shops that provide top quality fish and chips in a clean, hygienic and safe environment.
Through NFFF membership fish and chip shop owners can enjoy a number of benefits including health & safety and legal support, discounts from leading suppliers and access to 24 hour advice on all things fish and chips from the NFFF Regional Director.
The NFFF also produce the Fish Friers Review is the industry leading magazine for the fish and chip industry. First produced in 1927, our magazine to this day runs with the same ethos; Written by fish friers, for fish friers.
