Alternative ways in which to scale a business
Paolo has spent most of the last 30 years in the food to go sector. Having spent 10 years holding several board level roles, he has been both a franchisee and franchisor of brands. After 3 years as MD of Vital Ingredient, Paolo is working with brands on a non-exec basis to support their growth.
In a world of ever increasing costs and in the middle of a market correction is the traditional route taken to scale a business still relevant? Is there an innovative alternative to just building more units which is just as (if not more) effective?
The seminar looks at this from my own point of view as someone who has been involved in a typical PE growth plan and who is currently looking at new solutions to scale a business.
