Tim is an ambitious, hardworking, gregarious individual who graduated with a First Class Honours degree in International Business in 2011. He founded his first business, a leaflet distribution company at age 14, however more recently he launched 'Burrito Kitchen'.
Burrito Kitchen targets not only the health conscious consumer but also those who enjoy something more exciting and fun for lunch because 'let's face it, aren't sandwiches boring!'
The business started in a catering trailer however the official first outlet however was opened a six months later in the food court of Westfield Merry Hill. A year later he was approached by Tesco who have begun a roll out of Burrito Kitchen concessions starting in central London; Cheapside and Villiers Street.
Burrito Kitchen whilst opening its own stores has begun franchising and is looking to sign up its first franchisees.
Burrito Kitchen started when Tim fell in love with Mexican food after spending a year travelling around Mexico. Upon his return to the UK, he started making and selling burritos from a catering trailer he rented and the business was born.
After a being fired by Lord Sugar on `The Apprentice` Tim was approached by Westfield and then Tesco to open Burrito Kitchens` across the country.
